Shipping policy

Have a question about your order? Email info@kremaukrem.com with your order number in the subject line.

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. All orders are shipping from Baltimore, Maryland. Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime! 

If you do not receive your order in a couple days, please email info@kremaukrem.com within 14 days of the last tracking update. Please include your order number and tracking information so that we may further assist you with this matter.

IN PERSON PICK-UP:
We do offer order pick-ups. Simply select “In-Person Pick-up” during checkout to avoid paying shipping fees. From there you will be prompted to select a day and time that works best for you, and given instructions for pick-up.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do ship internationally!
