How long does it take for my order to ship?

Standard turnaround time is 3-5 business days

What if I am allergic to an ingredient in your products?

We include the ingredients used for create our products. Should we need to exclude anything, please type in your allergen in the check-out notes and we will substitute it with a safer ingredient for you to use for a small fee.

What should I do if my body butter melts?

Place your package in a cool environment, such as a fridge or freezer, to let the product settle to a solid state prior to using.

The consistency and texture may not be the same, but the product is safe to use and full of nutrients.

How long are the products good? (Yes, let's talk self life!)

  • All our products are made with no preservatives, which are typically added to extend the longevity of their use. We recommend using clean, sterile hands when touching and applying these products to your skin and hair, as bacteria will naturally form if moisture and humidity are present after opening. Recommendation is to use within 1 year after opening for expiry date. If growth is found, discard the product and do not use it. 

Are your products in stores?

Not yet, but we are working on this and are in hopes that it may happen soon! Until then check where we’ll be by visiting our “Pop-up & Events” tab for our up to-date calendar.

Can I shop in person?

Yes, check out our “Pop-Up/ Events” tab -- we look forward to meeting you in real life!

May I pick up my items if I live in the area?

Yes, select “In-Person Pick-up” during checkout to avoid paying shipping fees. From there you will be prompted to select a day and time that works best for you, and given instructions for pick-up.

Where do you ship?

We ship in the US and internationally!
